I'm a Spotify Premium customer and I have been for many, many months. I love it, and think it is easily worth the money.
But I hate Facebook. I read that now you can no longer sign up without a Facebook account. And I have always been annoyed that the Spotify app constantly bugs me to link my account with Facebook.
I don't have a Facebook account. I don't want one. I will never have one.
If the integration between Spotify and Facebook gets any tighter then I will be forced to leave. To be honest, I'm considering it already. I don't want to have anything to do with Facebook, and I'm already telling my friends that they should now avoid Spotify.
Please don't go down this road.
